We have two UMW Circles (groups of friends) which meet September through May.   

One is named the Cornelia Johnson Circle which includes grandmothers and many retired ladies. The Cornelia Johnson Circle meets the first Tuesday night of each month.  They have lots of fun with programs and believe they are the backbone of support for families in the church because of their experience and the fact that they have time to do many outreaches.  They have collected undergarments for ladies in Africa, supported missionaries, and are presently making delicious dinners and taking them to homebound members of our congregation.   

The Seekers Circle includes many younger mothers who take time out of their busy lives to enjoy each other's company.  The Seeker's Circle meets on the second Thursday night of each month.  Their current fundraiser is our new church cookbook.  Cost of the cookbook is $10.  You may call the church office 706-678-7116 if you would like to purchase one.  Their special annual project is providing filled bookbags for children in our school system.  Last year they gave away around 40 bookbags.  They focus primarily on local missions.
